Sample dataReviews
A weekly review brings your results, best and worst trades, broken rules and behaviour warnings together, and saves it so last week stays exactly as it was.
01
Each week's review uses your own time zone and trading week.
02
A review keeps its figures even if you edit a trade later, and tells you when your journal has changed since.
03
A written summary is kept only if every figure in it matches the review.
Accounts
Keep each account separate, or view accounts that share a currency together. Deposits and withdrawals never count as trading results.
01
Personal, prop firm, funded and demo accounts, each with its own balance and history.
02
Deposits and withdrawals change your balance, never your P&L or equity curve.
03
Accounts are only combined when they share a currency. Naira and dollars are never added together.
04
Every screen works in light and dark mode, on your phone and your desktop.
Definitions
A journal is only as useful as its arithmetic. These are the rules every figure in Tradeslo follows.
01
Commission and swap come off every result. Win rate, profit factor and expectancy all use net P&L.
02
R comes from your initial stop. Moving the stop later never rewrites the risk you actually took.
03
Win rate is wins divided by wins plus losses. Breakeven trades are shown separately.
04
Under 10 trades is insufficient, 10–29 preliminary, 30 or more meaningful, on every comparison.
05
Open positions show exposure, never profit. They stay out of every historical figure until they close.
06
If a result can't be valued in your account's currency, Tradeslo asks for the rate instead of assuming one.
Start with the trades you took this week. The patterns show up faster than you'd think.
